Getting error while installing jira

Hi All -
I've installed jdk 1.8v for installing jira v8.x in my system, but while running the setup file of jira 8.x i'm getting error and the error follows like this in the provided screen shot.
Please help me out of this, let me know how to fix this and why this happening?
