Getting error while installing free trial of Xray in Jira cloud free tier

Hi, I am using free tier Jira. I am trying to install Xray test management tool but it gives me 

"We ran into a little trouble

It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit." error.

Is it because I am in free tier Jira?

Any help would be appreciated.

Which Jira products do you have enabled for your site?

I contacted the support team and they fixed it. I am able to work with xray now. Thank you.

i enabled Jira software.
