Are you trying to import data into a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?

Do you have any level of administrative access to your Jira environment?

Have you already identified which field customfield_10011 is?

The message is indicating that you are trying to set a field, through the import data, where the field has not been added to the Create Issue screen for the specified issue type in that project, or the field is entirely unavailable to the destination project. The first step is to identify what field customfield_10011 actually is.

Thank you for those answers.

Have you confirmed that all the destination fields you have selected when mapping the CSV data to fields actually exist in the Create Issue screen for the type of issues you are trying to create in your Team Managed project?

Can you provide a list of those destination field names?
