Getting error during jira upgrade to 8.9.1

Hi Team,

I am trying to upgrade my jira to 8.9.1 from 8.5 something last we are using

One of the instance Health checks is failing. which is mentioned below

while i try to resolve this i am getting error mentioned below

"SL certificate problem: certificate has expired
* Closing connection 0
curl: (60) SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired
"

But my ssl cert is valid till 2021 and working fine for my other jira instance.
