Getting error: The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable.

ronkurtz May 3, 2019

Works on my production server. Stopped working when I created a copy to a test server. I used the config tool to change to http, and changed the base URL to the test system. I turned off the firewall and I can access the marketplace urls ok from a browser.

Problem solved. The cause was that the tomcat keystore was changed.

@ronkurtz   if it work on LIVE,  it definitely  should  be firewall  or  it  has been  disabled  from the JIRA app.

disabled the firewall on the test server, no help.

My mistake. Seems that LIVE is not working either. I have not made any config changes to LIVE or the network, so maybe problem is with Atlassian Marketplace?

Could you elaborate more on the method executed to copy "Production" to "Test"?  Additional details regarding your environment would help guide methods to potentially resolve your issue. Perhaps ensuring Name Resolution works properly on the Test Server and flushing the Server Route cache could be helpful.

The production server is on a Windows 10 VM. I used HyperV to create a copy, then gave it a new name. Flushed the arp cache, no help.
