Hello Guys,
I would like to display a Graphic in my DashBoard which presents the average TimeDifference between two Status.
Is there a way I could compute difference between 2 events?
Thank you all.
I’m not sure exactly what you are trying to show TBH. There isn’t a way to determine time in status OOTB. You can use automation to work with two dates. You might review this article to see if you can achieve your goal - smart-values-date-and-time-functions
Thanks Jack, Finally I managed to it in an easy way.
In the Dashboard, I could add a gadget which is called "Average Time in Status"
This Gadget is not visible at first sight but you can click on "load all gadgets" link which give many interesting more Gadgets.
This "Average Time in Status" gadget gives you capacity to filter which issues and status you want to focus on.

thanks for the update. I did not suggest that as I didn't think it would meet your needs based on your post but glad it seems to!

Hello @Julien_PLATRET
You can try Time in Status for Jira Cloud to get the Average time in status report. The info would be represented both in Graphs view and in the Dashboard.
If you want to know how long it takes an issue to move from one status to another, try Time between Statuses add-on. It will definitely help.
Best regards, Mariana

Hi @Julien_PLATRET ,
As an alternative you can try Status Time app. It displays average status time. You can check the online demo and see it in action.
If you are looking for a free solution, you can check Status Time Free. It is limited bu free version of the above.
Hope it helps.
