Just started working for a new employer and I am trying to get the DevOps team hooked on JIRA (FYI, we are not a current JIRA customer).
However, there is an underlying issue that is preventing us from moving forward with the transition to JIRA. Our support team operates through a ticketing platform called Happy Fox. Happy Fox has an integration with JIRA, but it only supports text, and not attachments or images. Is there a path of least resistance for our support team to be able to send attachments or images directly to the JIRA instance for our DevOps team to review?
