I´m trying to get my worked hours to load them into an ERP, how can I do this?

Welcome to the community.

Jira Cloud does not provide reports in the UI to sum up worked hours for users. You will have to use a third party app from the Marketplace, or you might be able to develop a solution that extracts your worked hours using the REST API.
