Get rid of "Action required: Grant consent for SharePoint/OneDrive" and other SharePoint popups

In Jira, I've been getting various popups in the lower-left corner about enabling the SharePoint integration, which I'd classify as unwanted ads. These kept coming back, despite me always clicking "not interested". Now this stepped up a notch and I get this:

We have no SharePoint or OneDrive app installed. So, this is basically a scam, which is incredibly disturbing in itself. However, what's an insult on top of it, that apparently, I can't get rid of this permanently, just postpone and postpone it again.

How can I block these kinds of ads for good? For now, I used the `mysite.atlassian.net##div[data-testid="sharepoint-migration-flag-wrapper"]` rule in AdGuard.

Thanks!

Hello @Zoltán Lehóczky

This is not a scam. To use Microsoft apps, you need admin consent from the Entra admin. As long as Microsoft integration is enabled, this popup is likely to appear again.

Atlassian has built-in integrations for SharePoint and OneDrive, and this notification originated from that. I've also started seeing this popup recently. If you have any concerns, please reach out to Atlassian support for assistance.

Best,

Arek🤠

But we don't use the SharePoint or OneDrive integration.

You don't have to use it. Both of them are integrated. I assume something on the Atlassian side triggered this popup, as I noticed it today or yesterday as well.

My problem is, that we don't use the integration, don't want to use the integration in the future, but I still get a persistent popup lying about us using it and trying to trick me to enable it.

We do not use the SharePoint or OneDrive integration (that I know of). I do not want to grant consent, and I do not want to be reminded later. Will this message return tomorrow? If we do not use the integration, then what is triggering the pop-up, and how do we make it go away? Thanks.

I think you're right, @Zoltán Lehóczkythis makes no sense. The same for the other advertisement "placements" in the Atlassian platform, like these other SharePoint and OneDrive buttons:
