Get rid of helper text in comment box

Is there a way to turn this helper text off in the comment box?

Hi @Miguel Contreras -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I recall some other questions about this new experiment / feature, and the solution was to ask your Jira Site Admin to submit a ticket to the support team to turn this off: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

I also checked and there are currently no suggestions in the public backlog to add a disable option for this feature.
