Get error message when create issue

Hi All,

The following problem occurs after creating a work order, this order able to create when Jira is on Prem version.

Since switching to the cloud version, this type of order can no longer be created.

Please advise how to fix it, thank you.

Hi Wilson - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Check the create transition in your workflow to see if there is a Validator that might be interfering with it. Also, make sure you have Create Issues permission for the project.
