How can I generate a report to get the story points assigned vs achieved for each member sprint wise. This is to know the productivity of each team member for each sprint.

You're not going to like my answer, because I'm coming from an Agile point of view, not a Jira one.

My answer is : don't do it!!

You should not be trying to compare team members. You will then find people gaming the system by picking work which can be done quickly, so they can "claim" their points. It is a very unagile practice.

You should be looking at the team as a whole.

Indeed, Jira doesn't do it off-the-shelf because it is totally the wrong thing to do.  "Story points by person" only makes sense when you have teams consisting of 1 person.

Plus, it's illegal to do this sort of reporting in some places, primarily Atlassian's second biggest marketplace.
