Generate automated release notes for Jira Cloud with GitHub Commits and Changelog

Hi everybody,

I'd like to be able to send a Release Notes Notification Email automatically when our sprint is done with all of our "DONE" Jira (Cloud) user stories including the GitHub commits and changelog that belonging to this sprint.

What is the best, simple, and fastest way to implement to do this?
