Generate alerts to notify the expiration of the response and resolution time

Hello,

With my team we have the goal of improving our SLAs.

For this we want to have some kind of alert by Slack, which notifies when the response time or resolution time is about to expire.

If anyone can help me with this, I really appreciate it.
