Gathering Tasks / Requests into Jira

Hi guys,
Wondering if anyone could help with ideas to produce the output I want.
I essentially want a way of capturing work from our stakeholders, and getting it directly onto our Jira project as an issue.
In previous worlds, I've embedded an issue collector onto a Google site, which worked a treat - but I can't do that where I am now. I'd love to be able to embed the same onto a Confluence page, but we are cloud based, so is not possible.
Any ideas would be very welcome!
