Garbage dates, Trial is expiring on 18-00-12

I started a trial and got the following notice.
Your trial is expiring on 18-00-12. You will be billed for this add-on after your trial ends.

As this date affects billing what does 18-00-12 mean and is it even legal to to specify a trial period with bug like this?

Good question, definitely looks like a bug to me. 

You definitely have an bug here, but it would be useful to confirm exactly where.  Could you give us a screenshot?  Feel free to obscure your data (names, your urls, and definitely SEN or licence details) - it's the location when you see it that I'm looking for.
