Gantt charts - which one to choose?

HI,

Which Gantt chart tool is better to integrate into my company-managed project?

I would like to visualize

• dependencies of the issues
• time and resource overlap if any
• predict and visualize possible overload of the team

@Lena Sargsyan , There is no real defacto 'Best' tool. There is only the one/s that work best for your team and organization. That said, I would look through the marketplace and find a few that look interesting. You could try them out in trial mode or even contact the vendor to see if they will give you a demo.

Previously, I have used both Big Gantt by Appfire and WBS Gantt-Chart by Ricksoft. Both work well.

Thanks for referring, Peter. I just was looking over  both of them. Reviews were not promising.

Neither is going to solve your problems by just installing it our adding it to your site. You will need to do some prep work on your issues / links / screen to make it effective. There are also not MS Project. Try them out and see what you think. Make it easy on yourself and make the vendors give you the sales demo.
