Business case: Publish resource utilization metrics for leaders

Description:

The sprints are of 2 weeks cycle.

There are 4 members in the team; each team member has 80 hours of time to be spend

Each user story has a 'Estimated Time' field

How do I publish a gadget, that mention Available Time (80 Hours - total assigned time for a resource in a sprint), for each resource in a sprint?
