Gadgets show up blank

I am trying to create a JIRA dashboard.  While i try to add gadgets like sumup or heatmap the gadget appears blank and doesn't load the details to attach filter

Atlassian Cloud was experiencing issues this morning so that is one possibility. Other things to try:

• a different browser
• create a new dashboard to see if that one works

Even in new dashboard - the first time addition of sumup and heatmap comes blank there is no option to select filter

Same is the case with Safari too

While you try to load next time or refresh the gadgets - check the logfile and look for error message during that time when it loads for a new data
