Gadgets "Rename" doesn't Stick...

Has anyone noticed that Dashboard Gadgets in Jira Cloud, upon being renamed, do not STICK.

In other words when you rename a Gadget (and SAVE the change, of course), leave the dashboard and return later, that those changes you made to the names don't immediately show. However, if you select to "Rename" the Gadget again, miraculously the name you set it to, does show up.

Has anyone else encountered that?

I have not noticed this but haven't renamed in awhile. I just renamed one and have navigated away and back a few times and cannot reproduce. Can you reproduce at will? If so by what means? It is certainly reasonable to assume that there is a bug that has been introduced. Things like this have happened before in the every changing Cloud world.

Yes I just did.

A Gadget I has renamed. All I did was to REFRESH (in Chrome) the page, and the gadget lost the updated name.

I tried this with both "Atlassian" and "3rd Party" Gadgets. Though to the best of my knowledge the "Renaming" function is part of Jira Core.

[Update} Filter Results Gadget does seem to retain the renaming. I'll have to investigate further.

which gadget in particular? I tried the two dimensional in Safari and Chrome w/o issue. I suspect it is a bug in your instance and you should report to Atlassian Support. Let me know which gadget you see this on and I will try.

I'm seeing the same thing on the "AIO Reports and Timesheets for Jira" gadgets
