Gadget not working due to upgrade and even avatars also have changed

We have recently upgraded to newer version of jira,

Because of upgrade, Avatars are broken and also gadgets are not working.

Kindly advice a resolution to fix this issue.

This is a common gadgets issue but without a screenshot and Jira log information it is difficult to troubleshoot. If this does not resolve it can you provide both. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/dashboard-gadgets-fail-to-load-in-jira-server-394464394.html
