As a recent MBA International Management graduate, I'm reaching out to this knowledgeable community to better understand the current landscape and opportunities in the German market, particularly around Atlassian Jira Cloud. My background is somewhat unique, blending technical foundations with practical project management experience, and I'm eager to find where my skills can best contribute.

My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, followed by 2+ years as a Software Developer at Capgemini India. This gave me a solid technical understanding that I found invaluable during my subsequent role as an IT Project Management Working Student at Bosch Digital in Stuttgart (1 year 8 months).

At Bosch Digital, I had the privilege of immersing myself deeply in Jira Cloud Enterprise. My responsibilities went beyond standard configuration; I focused on truly optimizing the platform by:

• Designing user-centric workflows: My aim was always to simplify and enhance the user experience, making complex processes more intuitive for teams.
• Developing innovative solutions: I took a proactive approach to configuring Jira Cloud, applying creative thinking to solve unique organizational challenges.
• Automating complex processes: I built automations for things like Story Points and complex calculations, significantly easing administrative burdens and improving data accuracy.

Now, as a fresh MBA graduate, I'm combining this practical technical and project management experience with the strategic and international business acumen gained from my MBA. Given current German market trends, where efficiency, digital transformation, and optimized processes are key, I'm particularly interested in roles where I can bridge the gap between technical solutions and business strategy.

Based on my profile, I'm humbly seeking insights on positions that might be a good fit for a fresh MBA grad with my specific Jira Cloud expertise. I'm thinking of roles such as:

• (Junior) Atlassian Consultant / Implementation Specialist: Leveraging my configuration and workflow design skills to help German companies optimize their Atlassian stack.
• (Junior) IT Project Manager / Digital Transformation Specialist (with Atlassian focus): Utilizing my practical experience to lead projects and drive digital change, often powered by Jira.
• Solutions Analyst / Business Analyst (with strong tool affinity): Analyzing business needs and translating them into technical requirements, with a deep understanding of how Jira can provide solutions.
• Internal Atlassian Administrator / Champion (for larger German enterprises): Helping an organization maximize its internal use of Atlassian tools.

I'm incredibly passionate about using technology to improve collaboration and efficiency, and I believe my blend of development, project management, and strategic international business skills could be a valuable asset.

Any advice, insights on market trends, or suggestions for relevant job titles within the German landscape would be immensely appreciated. I'm actively exploring opportunities and would welcome the chance to connect.
