Free tool to migrate JIRA DB from Oracle to PostgreSQL?

Hello,

can anyone suggest an easy-to-use tool to migrate JIRA DB from Oracle to PostgreSQL? We have large JIRA instance with 500K+ entries, so XML backup will not work.

We need something similar to https://convert-in.com/ora2pgs.htm but free. Thank you in advance!
