Our free Jira Cloud site
axionlabhq.atlassian.netwas deactivated for inactivity and now shows "data will be permanently deleted soon." We were actively using it. Could an Atlassian staff member help reactivate/restore it, or point me to the correct reactivation flow before the retention window closes? I can share the org ID and deactivation request ID privately if needed. Thank you.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If it has been less than 15 days since deactivation you should be able to self-serve to reactivate it.
Log in to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing
Select the Billing Account for the subscription.
Click the Subscriptions option on the left.
Click the Inactive tab on the right.
Find the subscription for your site in the list.
Click the Reactivate button.
If you get a pop-up telling you to contact Atlassian, or if it has been more than 14 days then definitely follow the steps provided by @Viswanathan Ramachandran
