Free Jira site deactivated for inactivity — request reactivation before deletion

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

If it has been less than 15 days since deactivation you should be able to self-serve to reactivate it.

Log in to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing

Select the Billing Account for the subscription.

Click the Subscriptions option on the left.

Click the Inactive tab on the right.

Find the subscription for your site in the list.

Click the Reactivate button.

If you get a pop-up telling you to contact Atlassian, or if it has been more than 14 days then definitely follow the steps provided by @Viswanathan Ramachandran

• choose your account
• reactivate subscription
• then click need more help
• at the bottom of the screen "submit support ticket"
• enter the description

You can also do a chat, a ticket can created for you as well.
