I saw on atlassian websites that they are offering FREE JIRA cloud and confluence for free.
I would like to ask you, if it's totally free up to 10 users for unlimited time (just for myself using for my project)
I don't wanna pay nothing after 1 year using or something else, untill I upgrade to more users.
Reason is: I would like to try whatever I want for free in cloud version (I don't mean payment plug-ins) and let's check if it's good for software management.

and about plug-ins, is it possible to install it there into cloud free version?
