Hello
We keep getting a notification that our email notification has been reached, but under the plan options it says
Alerts and notifications | Unlimited alerts Unlimited email notifications
|
With this being the case, if we email a customer back they dont recieve the email due to us hitting a limit that isnt supposed to be there.
Why is this happening
Thanks
Hello,
We also have the same problem. The notifications are declared unlimited but instead after some testing they have been disabled. It is certainly not a good advertisement. On the select plan page, "Unlimited email notifications" is displayed
Hi Trudy
The screenshot is from the licence page on my account when it asks to compare features, and it says unlimited email notifications, the only restrictions that we have is 100 SMS which we do not use.

Hello @Simon Scott
Welcome to the community.
Can you provide a link to the document you are referencing? These two documents I found both indicate that the Free plan has limitations on emails.

As you can no doubt see where I would get the idea we get unlimited email notifications on the free plan.
Thanks
Simon

Because you are on the Free plan you won't be able to open a support case, but I suggest that you use the "Give feedback about Jira" option under Help (the question mark button near you avatar) to provide that feedback to Atlassian.
