Forwarded Mail added as comment

Hello 

In our JSM we use an email channel which works fine. But when people forward an email only the upper part is added not the forwarded content, which is annoying when they text "look last mail".

We changed it to "dont strip quotes" in the settings but now it gets everything as comment.

Is there any known solutions? We use Outlook.

These are your only options with email its all or just a part.

In my opinion email forwarding is bad practice. Why are people not sharing the requests, so that they become request participants and are avble to comment directly.
