Hi! Looking to have an automation that assigns me the issue created from a form submission. I have the logic for the automation set up but when I go to select the form for the "forms submitted" trigger, no forms appear. 

 

I checked my form permissions and it's "open", so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong for it to not appear?

Hi @Sophie Gragg (she/her),

It could be a caching issue. Try Command + R to reload the page?

I myself had the same issue with forms in my JSM project and it was resolved by refreshing the form (just attaching it to the request type on the Settings tab in the form configuration and then saving).
