Forge Button to trigger page Redirect

I am trying to get this up and running, but I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have very little experience using Node.js, but all I am trying to do is get a button that when clicked, sends the users to another page.

Has anyone been able to complete this or is this something that is not possible with node.js?
