Hey all,

is it possible that a screen shows up after someone changes the assignee?

Our goal: We want to have the guy changing the assignee field to log his work (NOT mandatiory) or at least be remindet for it through a transition screen.

We have Scriptrunner installed in our instance.

Thx in advance!

No, there is no way to do this.  The "assign issue to ..." function has no hooks in it to enable anything to intercept the process and force a screen on to the users.

Hello @Hüseyin Demir

Welcome to the community.

I don't think it is possible to use ScriptRunner to pop up a screen based on a field being changed.

Instead what I would recommend is that you create a Looping/Self-Reflecting workflow transition for each status in the workflow. Name that transition "Change Assignee". Use that transition to present the Time Tracking fields. Then disable the ability to edit the Assignee field otherwise.
