  3. The bell icon in the header does not receive notifications.

The history shows that I was notified up to a week ago.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

We recently started having this issue as well (same time as @hironobu ichiba mentions) and it's hindering our acknowledgements in communicating with each other. Hope it gets resolved soon!

Looks like it is resolved now... just received a notification in the bell icon that someone reacted to a comment. @hironobu ichiba
