Hello,

I'd like to know if i create an issue on September 1st, 2018, will it be available in 2028, 2038.... 2108?

For how long an issue / data will be kept in a Jira Cloud project?

It will be kept until you or your users either delete it (recommendation - limit delete permissions to admins only), or a month after you cease paying the bill for your cloud system because you don't want it any more.
