For TeamSupport integrations, how do I turn turn off all syncing of Jira comments back to TS?

Right now, Jira comments are automatically sync'd back to TeamSupport. We would like to completely turn this off so NO comments made in Jira make it back to TS. I believe you can do this comment-by-comment by having the commenter change the project role. But we want to turn it off globally. TYIA,
