We are using Next-Gen. On the backlog view we can filter for fix version. However, on the board (Kanban) view, there is no filter for Fix Version? Is this a setting? I don't understand why it is not consistent.
I know we can use the filter view for versions but we don't want a list view we want a board view.
Thanks
So we've been using sprints to denote releases and wanted to remove sprints, use a single kanban board with releases. That way we don't have the issue now where some devs start work on the next sprint's ticket before we can open it (as you can only have one open at a time). But without this filter it just makes everything that much more difficult. Back to the drawing board.
I'm not sure why it is missing I'm afraid - I agree that it would make sense to have it on both!
I can't find a specific enhancement to include this filter on the active board, but there is a suggestion to allow for quick filters like on classic boards - see JSWCLOUD-17446 - or one to add board settings as a whole - see JSWCLOUD-17331
I would advise voting/following these suggested enhancements to see if these are implemented in the future :)
