Fisheye Integration with Jira

While integraing FishEye with Jira, I am getting following error:

Can you please help me in this?

I would say, have you read a related KB from Confluence as the problem seems to relate to the cert you are using?

I tried to connect to your URL but it's not active to an external host. are you sure you can acces sit from your ondemand host?

We have two environments.... In prod -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=true and in UAT the value is false.... is it causing the problem?

No, that parameter is for external monitoring for JVM. Did you read what Matthew told? You need to import the certificates as per the the document.
