First Name: First Name is required Error while creating any Tasks

When a User tried to Create Tasks or Bugs .The is this above error being popped ,This has started from yesterday and we haven't changed any configurations ,Can anyone please help.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When creating a ticket, if it shows this error message, it means that someone set the field as required directly on the field configuration or on the workflow.

Since on next-gen Software projects it's not possible to set required fields, I believe you are using a Classic project, is that correct?

If so, please go to Project settings > Fields > > Seach for the "First name" field and check if it's set as required. If it is, click to set it as optional.

If it's not set as required, check the workflow. Go to Project settings > Workflows > Click on  to edit de desired workflow.

Select the Create transition and click on Validators. 

If some field is required, it will show in the list and you can remove it by clicking on the X and then click on "Publish draft" to publish the changes on the workflow.
