Hello !

Some of my finished tickets have disappeared from the kanban view but they are present in other views. How can I make them appear back in the Kanban view ? Please use screenshots my Jira is in French so the names of the buttons are different.

Thank you very much !

Hi @Julie Tournikian -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You are using a Jira Work Management (JWM) type project, and those automatically hide completed issues after 14 days.

There is no setting to change that timeframe for JWM projects.  Here is a suggestion to make that configurable, which you may watch / vote for to see progress: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-19

Unfortunately, it appears from Atlassian comments that they have no plans to change this behavior in the near future.

Kind regards,
Bill
