How to leverage to find similar use case possible in JIRA using AI? searching consumes more time. so creating new testcases is easy. This practice accumulates more testcase and maintenance and removing duplicate adding more cost.

When you say "test cases," do you have a dedicated work type for those, or do you have some other methods of classifying what's a test case and what's a regular work item? 👀

The same page also describes search with natural language, so this could maybe help as well 🤔

There's this feature request that's probably relevant to what you're looking for: JRACLOUD-1633: 'find similar' feature to prevent creating duplicate issue 

Btw, JSM does have this find similar work items panel, but this is not available in software or business spaces.

You could use a Rovo agent on an automation, on newly created test cases, to identify similarities based on summary/description and then referenence the issues found, while closing/resolving the newly created issue.
