Find bugs where the fixVersion is no the same as the affectedVersion

Can I write a query that will show me bugs where the fixVersion is not the same as the affectedVersion?

I'm afraid you can't, since JQL can't compare fields with other fields.

Maybe there are plugins which can achieve this, but I'm not aware of one.
