Is there a way in Finance Manager where you can set an alert or automatically close the FM for a project when the Budget reaches zero?

An automatic alert when the budget reaches zero would be really useful. If Finance Manager doesn’t support it directly, Jira Automation and the app’s API could be a practical workaround. For related financial topics, this accounting resource may also be useful.
Hello @Clare Hayward
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you referring to the app Financial Manager - Jira Project Cost Tracking | Tempo ?

Unfortunately I don't have any direct experience with that app.
Have you reviewed the vendor-provided documentation for the app to see if what you want is part of the provided functionality?
Have you contact the vendor's support team to ask that question?
If there is not functionality built into the app for what you want, and if they provide a REST API to interact with their data, you might be able to use a Jira Automation Rule with its Send Web Request action to call the app's API to execute the actions you want to execute.
