No, no hay filtros predeterminados para los tableros scrum que le permitan ingresar texto para buscar o un usuario para buscar.
Jira no proporciona de forma nativa una funcionalidad dentro de un tablero scrum que le permita ingresar criterios de búsqueda a pedido.
Puede crear filtros rápidos con criterios de búsqueda explícitos, por ejemplo, para filtrar problemas en el tablero donde Assignee=user1 o resumen contiene "texto especificado".
Existen aplicaciones de terceros que brindan más opciones de filtrado bajo demanda en los foros. Uno del que he oído hablar pero que no he usado se llama Agile Tools.

No, there are no default filters for scrum boards that allow you to enter text to search for or a user to search for.
Jira does not natively provide functionality within a scrum board to let you enter search criteria on demand.
You can create Quick Filters with explicit search criteria, for instance to filter for issues in the board where Assignee=user1 or summary contains "specified text".
There are third party app that provide more on demand filtering options on boards. One that I have heard of but not used is called Agile Tools.

In the "on premise" version, in the active sprint, do the search by text and select user filters appear by default? If not, how can they be added?
