My squad works a JIRA service desk along with two other squads. We have Customer Satisfaction collection turned on, but it seems that it is all or nothing for the entire Service Desk. Is it possible to edit the survey that goes out based on the label of the ticket? For our particular label (which indicates our specific team) I'd like to edit the questions that are sent to the customer, but don't want to have to change this for all three teams that share the Service Desk. Is there a way to filter for the survey?

The native service desk is not providing us the options for filtering. We have few third-party add-ons which can fulfill your requirement.
