Filter "status changed to in" not working as expected when combined with Parent criterion

I get all the issues if my filter includes

and (
status changed TO "In Progress" after "-2w"
or status changed TO "QA" after "-2w"
or status changed TO "IN PROD" after "-2w"
or status changed TO "DONE" after "-2w"
)

OR my filter includes

and Parent = GX-1192

HOWEVER if I combine both criteria I get only the IN PROD issues. What's special about my IN PROD status? I'm very confused and about to cry :(

In order to get a good view of where it might go wrong, can you provide both the complete working and non-working JQL here, including all brackets etc ...?

Actually I've figured out what I was doing wrong, or rather incorrectly assuming about my existing tickets! Things are working as documented. False alarm.
