Filter or dashboard for parent and it's dependent tickets

I need a dashboard to see parent tickets and it's depedant tickets for each individual parent tickets.

Purpose - To close parent ticket once all depedant tickets are closed/resolved

This plugin allows you to find issues based link/parent relationship.

You can use this plugin to get list of all issues and its subtasks.

You can also automate transition parent issue when subtasks get transitioned using the Script runner plugin. Specific case for you is here:
