Is it possible to write a JQL filter to list JIRA issues in which only a specific field has changed?

For example, I have a subscription right now that alerts me if new issues with a blocker priority are created (runs every hour) - but it doesn't catch any issue that already existed that was just "promoted" to a blocker priority.

I'm using:

priority = Blocker AND created >= -1h AND status not in (closed) ORDER BY updatedDate ASC

I want

priority = Blocker and priority.updated >= -1h and status....

Any way to do this?

Try this:

priority changed to Blocker AFTER -1h
