I've set up a filter from backlog view and it's showing issues exactly how I filtered it. But the same filter is not reflecting on the active sprint board view. Can you help?

Hello Asami,

I understand that you configured a quick filter in one of your JIRA board. Although it returns the issues you expect in the backlog view, it is not returning the correct issues in the active board. Have I understood it correctly?

Please, provide us the following information and check the following topics in your board:

- What is the specific behavior you are facing? the filtered issues are still appearing for you in the active board or is it not displaying all the issues that it should?

- Can you provide us a screenshot of what the filter is displaying in the active board and what issues you expected/not expected it to display? Make sure you hide any confidential information from the screenshot

- Double-check if the quick filter is really applied to the active Sprint screen. It will be selected at the top of the page:

- Navigate to your board >  board settings > Swimlanes and clear the swimlanes applied to your board, checking if it fixed your problem.

Let me know if this information helps.
