Hi,

I'm trying to remove a category from a feed using a filter, and it doesn't work. How can I do that?

Thanks

Magento, gomage, Products Filter Configuration: Filter 'not lik'e or 'not equal'. it does not remove the category.

Hadas, that's really not of any help.

Unless you really have products called "magneto" and "gomage", in which case, you should consult the documentation and support for those products. They are not Atlassian products and this is a forum for Atlassian users.

Or you're trying to integrate these products with Atlassian stuff? If that's true, you need to explain what you're doing in more detail.

magento is a pho emcommerce platform, done some freelance work with it in the past & I presume gomage is a plugin.

Assuming that you are actually using Jira and you've come to the right website.... JQL would be

category not in ("myCategory, yourCategory")

More detail needed - what application for a start! What type of feed, and how are you "trying to remove a category" and "using a filter"?
