Field "Timetracking" cannot be set. it is not on the appropriate screen or unknown

Sarvarbek Jaloldinov September 28, 2020

We are working on a Scrum project. We are trying to integrate Jira with sitechko bug tracking, but this message is popping up. When I am changing the screen to the Scrum bug screen, this message, " the custom field cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen or unknown" pops up. Pls, Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

@Sarvarbek Jaloldinov - Just add "Time Tracking" field on your create/edit screen. you need to add the estimate field to your issue type screen

@Niranjan Could you please clarify step by step, where, and how can I find and add it? just new to Jira! :)

Go to project settings-->Issue Layout--> Screens and start typing the field "Time Tracking"

@Niranjan Yeah I tried that, but there is no option "issue layout" in project settings

@Sarvarbek Jaloldinov - Can you look for screens in the project settings and open the screen used by the issue type?

Do you see options called "Select Field" at the bottom of the screen?

Expand UZD:Scrum default Screen Scheme. You will see three screens for create, edit and View. Then open the create issue screen on a new window. Then add the field "Time Tracking"

@Niranjan It did not help!photo_2020-09-28_15-47-03.jpg

@Sarvarbek Jaloldinov Not this screen. Could you expand UZD:Scrum default Screen Scheme that you seen on screens page?
