Raju
July 28, 2021

Just imagine we have two field

1.safety &security

       a.none

       b.safety

       c.security

2.Severity

        a.undefined

        b.critical

        c.blocker

The question is if we select safety or security in field safety & security than severity must be critical or blocker. How can we over come this problem could you please help me out?

Hello @Raju

For this, you can make use of the cascaded drop down custom field. In such a field, you have 2 drop downs and have the flexibility to define specific values for second drop down based on the values of first drop down.

Let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions.

This assumes you are using a CMP project. TMP does not yet provide for cascading custom field.
