Hi there, i created a custom field and add a hyperlink in its description. However the description is not shown underneath the field in Create form. would you please advise if any solution to this?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
I have tried this and to fix this issue you need to go to field configuration associated to that project > Search for that custom field > update the description

Check the Field Configuration that is in use for the type of issue you are trying to create. Does the Field Configuration show the field description you added when creating the custom field?
